Vanessa Simmons of Run's House and Pastry shoes fame, welcomed a healthy daughter, Ava Marie, with boyfriend Mike Wayans.
The beautiful reality star and entrepreneur celebrated her baby shower last month with family and friends and even shared a snap of her baby's first pair of Hermes shoes. Adorable!
