Welcome to lights-camera-notions.blogspot.com, where I pretty much write anything that concerns me i.e.- All things Hollywood, and Nollywood (Nigeria's film industry) I guess.

I'm simply Sarah, but I prefer to refer to myself as 'The Reveller' or sometimes 'The Auteur'. Why? Frankly, it was initially 'cause I thought they sounded like cool tags, but now anyways, I'm a future film student and I think the tags kinda go.

So, anyways... here's a few interesting facts about me. At least I hope you find them interesting.

1. The aroma of KFC is something I find second to none. It's just...But hey, since I'm on diet watch now, I just have to think of something else when I'm near that chicken kingdom.

So I'm walking by and I see this and smell it of course...You have to look away Sarah, you have to!

2. Speaking of KFC, I've never had anything quite like 'The Godfather Box Meal' (with a side of English coleslaw of course). It was just a series of fortunate bites.

3. I put on headphones, play Cee-Lo Green or Emeli Sande, stand in-front of the mirror and pretend I'm in concert. Moment of shortlived glory.

4.  Now another such moment is when I get made up and clad in Oscar de la Renta before being en route to the Academy Awards at which I of course am a nominee. As the night goes on, I receive my golden statuette and make a tearful acceptance speech.

This my dear friends... is all in my head.

5. I am a New Girl faithful, a Grimm disciple and a member of the Adrian Monk, Patrick Jane fan club. 

6. Aside fictional tv, you'll find me hysterical over the catfights on Mob Wives, Big Rich (Atlanta and Texas) and in love with almost every game show. Who Wants to Be A Millionaire and Chopped top that list.

7. To me, Diary of A Wimpy Kid is the best book series ever written (great work Kinney). Okay Potter fans, don't run me over, I acknowledge Ms. Rowling is indubitably an ACE. As for The Twilight Saga, when will I come to like you?

Literary Gold 

8. My favorite directors in the film industry are Christopher Nolan, Guy Ritchie and Martin Scorcese. I just find Christopher Nolan movies to be EVERYTHING GOOD.

9. Speaking of the film industry, who agrees with me that Robert Downey Jnr. is just an exceptional cluster of TALENT?

10. I cook. A lot. If I ever invite you to dinner, please ask me to make Habanero Garlic Kebabs with Coconut Rice. #Cloud9

11. Gastronomically speaking, the best things that go down my alimentary canal are chicken shawarma, Häagen-Dazs™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Häagen-Dazs™ Dulce de Leche, fried plantains, KFC™ Hot Wings McDonald's™ Premium McWrap and bourbon chicken.

Now you see the Brits make pretty darn good music.

13. The Mylo Xyloto and Our Version of Events albums are in a class of their own.

14. For some reason, I really love Lenny Kravitz.

15. Pearls are totally my thing. #JuneChild

16. I forgot to mention this when I was talking about food but I believe Mirinda is FANTAstic and yes I'm '...one of those idiots that prefers Pepsi to Coke.'

17. I am just scared of underwater creatures. Scared.

18. Bumper Cars were sent from God to mankind as a special gift.

19. A weird and funny fact which doesn't entirely pertain to me but I have to put here is that, at my parents wedding in 1988, the electricity went out (still happens today in Nigeria) and there was no back-up so they went on music-less.

I would have been a Bridezilla turned serial killer of government officials. #TBH

20. I'll love story-telling, my God, family and League of Extraordinary Wingmen till Infinity and Beyond.
